The operating temperature range is -20c to +70c
The cable passes the flame test per IEC-60332-1 and UL.

1.The conductors consist of solid tin-plated electrolytic annealed copper,0.5mm nominal diameter(24AWG).The conductor elongation is 14% minimum;

2.The conductors are insulated with solid polyethylene.The insulated conductor nominal outer diameter is 1.2mm;

3.The insulated conductors are twisted in pairs of varying lays with a maximum pitch of 125mm.The color code is according to BPOCW 110J-Cables color code 10,groups of 10 pair with binder,See table below;

4.The cable core is constructed in concentric layers around a central member(if needed);

5.A polyester tape,helically wrapped,with a minimum overlap of25%protects the cable core.

6.A polyester-aluminum foil shield is wraooed around the cable core,aluminum side facing inward,providing 100%coverage.

7.A tin plated drain wire,0.5-mm diameter,is laid under the aluminum shield;

8.A Flame-Retardant(FR)PVC sheath with Grey Colour extruded over the shielded cable core;

9.A ripcord is laid under the cable jacket.........
